Start with the pass that fits your visit
Use Sole Mio’s booking website to choose your beach setup and available date. The main options are Regular, VIP and Cabana. If you are still comparing, the beach-pass page explains each product before you enter the booking journey.
Your booking is for Sole Mio’s paid amenities on Kite Beach. You do not need a Sole Mio pass simply to visit the public beach. Choose the service because you want the seating, shade and inclusions described in that product.
1. Choose your setup and date
Select the product you want, then use the available date options in the booking website. Regular and VIP are individual passes; a Cabana is a different unit, so check its included guest count. Read the current price for your selected date rather than relying on a price quoted in an older article.
For a family or group, decide who needs a dedicated lounger and towel. If sitting together or a particular cabana arrangement is essential, contact the team before completing separate purchases.
2. Review the details before payment
Enter the guest and contact information requested by the booking website. Use an email address you can access during the trip. Review the product, date, quantity and total, and read the displayed conditions before continuing.
Check the distinction between included amenities and optional purchases. Food delivery does not mean food is included; activities booked with another provider are separate. If the booking summary differs from what you expected, pause and ask Sole Mio for help instead of guessing.
3. Complete payment and keep your confirmation
Complete the payment using the methods offered in the booking journey. Keep the confirmation and reference somewhere you can access on arrival. Read any instructions attached to the booking, including the location and help or management link.
If the process ends without a clear confirmation, check your email, including the spam folder, and contact Sole Mio before trying again. Give the team the booking email, intended date and any reference you received. That helps resolve the uncertainty without an unnecessary duplicate purchase.
4. Plan arrival and manage any changes
Use Sole Mio’s contact page for the reception location and the Kite Beach guide for parking and arrival information. A generic beach pin may lead to a different part of the shoreline. Have your confirmation ready when you reach reception.
Sole Mio beach day passes booked directly can be cancelled for free until 8am (Dubai time) on the day of your visit. Follow the manage-booking instructions in your confirmation email. If you booked through another provider, check the terms supplied for your reservation. If a management link does not work, contact support with the reference.
